Radiant Skin
Fact #1 What You Eat Kills Your
Skin
You have probably
heard the statement you are what you eat. This statement
has never been more true when it comes to having flawless
skin.
In todays world
were exposed to greasy foods, junk foods, and processed
foods that contain ingredients that are harmful to your
skin.
We don't even know what is in most of the
foods that we eat. Just take a look at the ingredients in
most products and you will see many names on the labels that
you can't even pronounce.
Why is that?
They don't want you to know what you are
eating! This build up of junk and chemicals can have very
harmful effects on your skin.
Let's take ice cream for
example.
Today's ice cream is made of chemicals.
Many of these chemicals are used in anti-freeze and paint
removers.
Would you eat a paint remover? I doubt
it.
Do you think paint remover is good for
your skin or just for your health in
general?
Probably not.

Skin
Time and time again we are told that fats
are bad for you. When you think fat you usually think of a
fat person. How can you not think that fat is bad for
you?
Well... Some fats
are good for you.
When it comes to
having beautiful skin it is.
The right fats
improve your blood flow, healthy skin cell production,
reducing aging, prevent skin diseases, and
more.
Many of these good
fats can be found in natural oils. Think pumpkin seed
oil, soy oil, fish oil, and flaxseed
oil.
This is just
something you might want to think about before you
discard fat as a bad word. Your skin will thank you for
it.

Skin Care Products Use Dangerous
Chemicals
Skin care companies have been making products
for years that contain chemicals that are harmful to the skin.
Even many of the products that claim to be all natural may have
harmful chemicals.
The thing with your skin is that it doesn't
care. If you put something on it it will just soak it up. It
doesn't matter if it is bad or
good.
You need to pay much closer attention to what
you are putting on your skin.
For example, an
ingredient called Isopropyl myristate is used in many
skin care products.
But what is
it?
This same ingredient is flammable and is used
in propane! Yikes.
Fact #5 Detox Your Body For
Healthy Skin
Your body
has toxins in it. These toxins can come from pollution,
perfume, skin care products, foods you eat, and even the dishes
you eat off of. Very scary to say the least. Many of these
toxins are very hard on your skin.
The good
news is that you can get rid of many of them by detoxing your
body.
Here is a
hint. Looking after
your kidneys and liver is really the key. If you can stay away
from smoking and keep alcoholic beverages to a minimum you can
help these organs out allot.
A good
workout and some heavy sweating will also help remove many of
these toxins. The most important part is drinking plenty of
water. Many toxins will come out when you
urinate.
